Interactive Forms - expandable text box

I need to create an interactive form using Adobe Acrobat.

Is it possible to create an interactive form with an expandable text box which pushes any information below it further down the page as the text box grows?

If this is not possible within Adobe Acrobat could anyone suggest a better appliaction which may better suit my requirements? I have tried Live Cycle but still seem to be having the same problems.

Any help would be appreciated.
