Interactive PDF (Form warning on open)

I am creating an interactive PDF document from InDesign CS3. The document only has buttons, hyperlinks and swf files. When I export the document and open it in Acrobat Pro(8.0) I get a warning box that says, "Please fill out the following form. If you are a form author, choose Distribute Form in the Forms menu to send it to your recipients."

There are no form elements - how can I get this warning to go away?

Please help!

You can use the Content navigation pane to make sure your PDF doesn't contain any form elements (double check the buttons). Under the Options menu for the Content pane you can search for various components in the PDF. Try a search for annotations (form fields) to see if you have any hidden content on the PDF.
