link between a form text field and document text

Hi everybody,
 
I´ve got following problem:
 
I want to create a PDF form from a Word .doc file.
For this I need a text field where you can type in a company name, this company name has to appear below in the document text.
So I don´t want a copy of the text field, the company name has to be completely integrated into the text, you shouldn´t see that it´s a variable when it´s printed.
