Using Arcobat 8 professional. How do I link a check box field to a data field if the check box is selected. Depending on the selected check box an explanation may be required.

Do you mean that you want a text field to display a particular string when a check box is checked? What should happen when the check box is unchecked? Will the same text field be used with any other check boxes? The more information you provide about how you are using this and exactly how you want it to work, the better.

In this situation the check box is either yes or no, if the answer is yes no further information is needed, however if the answer is no then an explanation is required.
