Links in Fillable Forms

I have a package containing fillable and non-fillable files. I want to link the files with the 'master page'. I used the typewriter tool to use an 'up' link to go back to the master. It works fine on the non-fillable files, but not on the fillable forms. The link tool is not accessable.
Can somebody help me with that or does somebody have a better idea how to link the pages?

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve, but wouldn't you be better off using Bookmarks to guide users through your document?
