Hi,

I am having the same problem...and it's driving me crazy. I am new to forms. It seems like if you select the option to have the Email Submit button in a form, and you have filled out the object fields correctly.. when the user fills out the PDF properly and clicks the "easy" Email Submit button ...the recipient of that email SHOULD RECEIVE the filled out form & not some junk jibberish related to the xml extension.I will continue to play with this...alzentany....if I figure it out, I will post resolution.

The XML structure does not support inserting pages as Acrobat does. There maybe 3rd party utilities that might be able to do this.

You will need to enable Acrobat usage rights for your form, then SAVE the form immediately without changing it again. Distribute the enabled form. I recommend creating copy of the original first, then enable usage rights. Once you enable usage rights on a PDF, any changes will make the PDF invalid.

Usage rights will enable Adobe Reader users to submit the entire "PDF" content, not just the normal FDF,XML,XDP data.

You can also submit the XML, XDP, FDF data to a Server-Side email scripts where you have full control over the data, and merge it back with the blank form, and send the merged document to a e-mail inbox without using Client Email software such as Outlook. To send email using a server-side script, please check out http://www.pdfemail.net/.
