First post and I hope this is the right place. I am using Acrobat Professional 7.0. I have a form that has preset fields of information that need to be completed. I am trying to determine how I can get the information into the form. The data source is a Report Smith report, that can can be converted into Excel. I just need someone to point me in the direction to figure this out.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You'll need to have the field names as the first row in the Excel document. You then need to save the Excel file as text only. Then use the Forms > Manage Forms Data > Import Data in Acrobat. If you have problems importing the Excel data, save as a text file, open in MS Word, and save as text only from Word.
