I am creating a form that will need to be emailed. However, I would like for it to pull the Date field from the form and use that as the subject line of the email.

Can anyone help me with this please?

You need to create a submit button with a JavaScript and write a custom script to pull the date and change the subject line. For sample scripts, download the file I submitted with my article you can find at: http://www.acrobatusers.com/tutorials/2008/06/teds_favorite_9_of_acrobat_9/
