Hello,
 
How can we create list of check boxes so that we can tick mark(select) more than one item in that list.
 
I have created checkboxes but they all are mutually exclusive. I tried by making the Export Values same(blank) in all but no success. I dont want to use listbox because visually i don't gives the required appearance that we want.
 
Pls help.

You have to make sure they have different names.

If you have a group of check boxes with the same field names but different export values in the "Options" tab, you'll get exclusive (only one checked) results. If you want multiple check boxes to work independent of one another, you just need to change the fieldname in the "General" tab.
