Hello All

I am creating forms that have the user rate tehmselves from 1 to 4 in a category - I need 4 checkboxes and want only one being able to be checked out of the 4 - I can seem to get it.. I have seen it done in fact have one that the fields are editable ab]nd Im copying what they did but its not working

how do I accomplish this?

Use radio buttons instead of check boxes.

the powers that be dont want radio buttons - and I have a PDF that has this feature and I cant recreate it

Then give them the same name, but different export values.

I also jsut found that radio button STYLE can be a check - thanks!
