I hope this is the right place to post this message. Let me know if it isn't.
I have a template in InDesign which I use to place an image and then create a pdf from there. Part of the template that is the same for each pdf are some areas with check boxes and some other areas to write in information. I would like it if every time I made the pdf those common areas were fillable. Since we make between 20-30 pdfs from this template I do not want to have to take each one and use the forms tools etc. to make them fillable. Is there some way to streamline this process? Either in Acrobat or Indesign when making the pdf?
