PDF Form - Save as image

I have an application that requires requires a user to fill the form and then save it as an image on the client computer (with filled data).

I am looking for a Adobe Licensed solution by Adobe or a vendor that can accomplish this.

I have looked on the Web but have not come across a solution that can do this.

My customer wants to use the free adobe reader.

I will be grateful for any insights or solution.
