Prevent Comment List from showing on opening

I have a form that was created in Live Cycle designer that I recently revised, and now the comments list is automatically opening at the bottom each time the form is opened. I've selected "Hide the comments list" (and re-saved the pdf.) which makes the box disappear from the current view, but it reappears the next time the form is opened. How can I set it up so the comments list doesn't appear each time upon opening? The document was already set up with the "Initial View" tab on "Page Only" for the Navigation Tab option. Thank you.

Hi RomaZimmerman,

Did you try my last suggestion in one of your other posts? Not sure creating duplicate posts in many threads is going to get you answers any faster......

Hi Roma.Zimmerman,

I don't see a reply from you to my last post suggesting for you to UN-Check the "Restore Last View Settings...." Are you saying you UN-checked that box and it still behaves incorrectly?

Hi Dimitri:
Yes, I've tried unchecking the "Restore Last View Settings" and it still isn't removing the comment pane on open. I've tried it in both Adobe Standard as well as Adobe Professional. Nothing seems to be working!

Hi RomaZimmerman,

Darn! I was hoping that would work for you. I don't have any other ideas other than to try opening it in LCD, resave to a different name, then open in Acrobat and try setting the initial view again without opening the Comments pane at all.
