Printinf Form Data on paper form

I have a form based on a paper form used in the office. Is there a way i can print only the form data onto the actual form in the office. The physical form is a standard form that we send to insurance companies, so the form data from the pdf must be printed on the physical form.that form.

Yes, Select "Form fields only" in the print dialog. It's on the top right side on top of the print preview.
