problems with Lion - paste clipboard image as stamp tool

since upgrading to Lion, I have been unable to use the "Paste Clipboard Image as Stamp Tool." Even though I have an image on my clipboard from the snapshot tool, the Paste Clipboard Image as Stamp Tool option is ghosted out.
 
Anyone else having this problem? Anyone with Lion not having this problem?

The Paste Clipboard Image as Stamp Tool is also not available for me, using Acrobat Pro 10.1.1 and Mac OS X 10.7.2. I don't know if it was available on earlier versions of Mac OS. However, in Acrobat Pro at least, you can also add images to documents by selecting Comment...Content...Edit Object. Then control-click on the document and select Paste from the menu that appears.
