I have a problem with my service form. The radio button has two fields and they are determined by the calculation JS, which works properly.

The problem is when I save the filled form and re-open it again in Acrobat, first, it gives me the error message that the calculation will violate the user's permission; once we click ok, it opens form but the Radio Button is unchecked now.

The same form works in Reader.

Does anyone have an idea?

I finally found the problem: The file I modified on Windows 7 (ES8.2) has more field selection for the radio button for lock after signature. So, I need to re-run the file in XP (ES8.2) and re-select the Radio Button in Signature locking selection. Then, it worked ok.
