I have created a form using Pro 8. It is used on about 20 different computers using Reader 9. About 4 times now on 4 different computers when the filled in form is sent to the printer the output is the form fields only, nothing else. Before and after the form is printing fine on these computers. I know this is an option in Adobe but not in Reader. How is this happening and is there something I can do to resolve this?

In the print dialog, make sure the users select "Document and Markups" from the Comments and Forms drop-down.

With Acrobat one can select the 'Form Fields Only' and only the form field content will print. Reader does not have this option.
