I created a form in Acrobat Pro 9 with a submit button that submits the form back to me as an xfdf file via email. However, I'm getting an error when I click on the submit button that reads "A Recipient is Ambiguous". The email address is correct and I'm using the correct submit format: mailto:myEmail [at] myDomain [dot] com.

I've searched the forum and only found one other instance of this problem. Unfortunately, there was not a response. I've used Acrobat Pro 8 to create many form and never had this problem. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Justin

Acrobat is having a problem with the email so something not right about it. Are there any spaces or special characters? Try using the same email address with the "Attach to Email" menu item on the File menu.

Thom,

Thanks for mentioning the spaces. I looked at the email about 15 times and never noticed there was a space after the colon. It seems to be working now. It's always the simple things....
