Resolving "You do not have access rights to this network resource" for _response.pdf and tracker files

Hello! I have been searching the forums all day and can not find an answer to my problem (although I don't seem to be the only one having it). I will try to explain my issue the best I can below.

I have distributed a form using Acrobat.com through the Distribution Wizard. Then, a coworker logged out of my Acrobat.com account and into her account and subsequently distributed a different form (we were using the same computer and software). We can access the response file her distribution created but when we try to access the response and/or tracker file from my distribution we get the error "You do not have access rights to this network resource". We have tried signing back in under my account on Acrobat.com but that does not seem to solve the issue. What do we need to do in order to get the responses submitted from my distributed form?

On a similar topic, in the Forms Distribution wizard it mentions that "Acrobat stores responses on your hard drive as they are returned and notifies you". Does anyone know where the responses are stored within the hard drive?

I really really appreciate any help in this matter.

Thank you

The tracker is keeping track of the distributed forms for each user and is probably not switching the location it is checking when you login each time. Here is where the tracker data is stored:

Vista/Win 7
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\Forms

Win XP
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\Forms

Also, after logging back on, have you tried Repairing your Acrobat Installation (under the Help menu)?

I created 3 forms at the same time with the same ID with Adobe X. 2 work beautifully, the third gets the message 'This response file is not currently connected tot he server and is not receiving responses. Would you like to connect now?' If I click the 'Yes' button, I get the error 'Acrobat is unable connect the response file to the servier because of the following error" Network resource not found.' The responses show in Tracker but cannot be viewed in Acrobat. The responses for the other 2 forms show in Tracker & can be viewed in Acrobat.
I recreated the form with another name & it works fine but there are 19 responses from people who think they submitted the form but whose data I can't access.

Have you tried to use the Archive or Export option in the Tracker to pull the responses over to the new PDF?
