Hello! I have been searching the forums all day and can not find an answer to my problem (although I don't seem to be the only one having it). I will try to explain my issue the best I can below.
I have distributed a form using Acrobat.com through the Distribution Wizard. Then, a coworker logged out of my Acrobat.com account and into her account and subsequently distributed a different form (we were using the same computer and software). We can access the response file her distribution created but when we try to access the response and/or tracker file from my distribution we get the error "You do not have access rights to this network resource". We have tried signing back in under my account on Acrobat.com but that does not seem to solve the issue. What do we need to do in order to get the responses submitted from my distributed form?
On a similar topic, in the Forms Distribution wizard it mentions that "Acrobat stores responses on your hard drive as they are returned and notifies you". Does anyone know where the responses are stored within the hard drive?
I really really appreciate any help in this matter.
Thank you

Also, after logging back on, have you tried Repairing your Acrobat Installation (under the Help menu)?
