Routable form

I'd like a vacation request form that:

1. The requestor completes, signs and forwards to the lead
2. The lead approves, signs and forward to the manager
3. The manager collects the data, signs and forwards to requestor and lead

Will Acrobat 8's forms feature accommodate the multiple forwarding, two without and one with data collection?
