Lori, I am in Human Resources, consequently, we have a lot of benefit forms that our employees must complete. I would like to format our forms so our employees will have the ability to save the completed information for their records. Employees have access to these forms through our intranet.

QUESTION:

HOW DO I FORMAT MY BENEFIT FORMS SO THE END USER HAS THE ABILITY TO SAVE THE INFORMATION FOR THEIR RECORDS.

Thanks so much for your help.

You probably exceed the 500 user/500 form limit to legally enable saving in Reader. You should check out Adobe Reader Extension Server.
