I am trying to set field defaults on a form. I want some of the same information to appear everytime I open this form. Please help!!

You might want to provide more details about what you want to accomplish.

If you want a field to display the same text even if the form is reset, set the "Default Value" on the "Options" tab of the "Field Properties" dialog. To prevent a user from changing the text, set the field to read-only.
