Setting stamps to NOT show up in comments list?

I'm using Acrobat for internal audit workpapers and I've created a form and several custom stamps to use for cross-referencing, etc. I would like to reserve the comments list for review comments and not the stamps. Is there a way to change that?

Thanks!

Hi crsimon,

If this is just for your own review, you can set what types of comments show up in the Comments panel. Open the Comment panel and select Show ->Show By Type and uncheck Stamps (or check those comment types you want to show in that list.Hope this helps,

Hi Dimitri,

Thanks so much for you response.

If I uncheck stamps there it "unviews" the stamps from the form. I only want to remove the stamps from the comments list.

Many thanks,

Hi crsimon,

Not sure on that. It's a bit of a bother, but you could use the check mark to mark the stamps only then the comments list could be sorted to show the unchecked comments first and checked comments (stamps) at the bottom. But I don't know how to remove them from the list but still show them in the PDF.

Hope this helps,
