Shrinking Text to Fit Text Box

When creating forms, what setting forces the text to shrink as the text field becomes too full? I tried ever option I could find, and even looked for the setting or property of fields in forms I know that function like this. It seems like it should be simple, but I can't seem to accomplish this.

You need to set the text field properties for Multi-Line. Here's how. Select the text field, click the Options Tab, and check the box titled Multi-Line. Also check the font size and set it to the desired size.
