smtp Error

Hello,

One of our end-users using Windows XP is clicking the "submit by email" button and he gets the following error message: "The host smtp could not be
found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly."

What does this mean and what do I tell him to fix it? I know it's set up right because I receive the form from other end-users.
