I have created a form and did a "test distribute" to myselft. I recieve the form and fill it out. When I click on the submit form button I get the following message: Acrobat could not submit your data. Please see Tracker for more information.
Can anyone tell me what this means or what to do about it. Is it an issue for me the creator and distributor or an issue for the user submitting the form?
Thanks for any help.

I'm having exactly the same issue and it's not very heartening to see that even after 4 months you still haven't had a reply. Have you managed to sort this out on your own somehow or figured this out or is it still an issue?
