Text Field Bulleted List Options

I am trying to create a resume template for our student athletes to fill in for collge coahces. There areas like "personal accomplishments" that need to be filled. Some people may have 2 and others may have 5 different accomplishments to enter. How do I set this up as a text field with a bulleted list that will only show the amount of bullets that each individual needs?

The only practical way to do this is to use a Dynamic LiveCycle Designer form. LiveCycle Designer is installed with Acrobat 7 and 8 Professional. There are examples in the Designer Help docs and in the Designer installation folder. You can also find information on this web site and the Adobe's Public Developer site.
