Is there a way to insert a tooltip other than with the hovering of a mouse over a field? in other words, if someone were to just tab through the fields to fill them in, how can i communicate instructions to them?

You can add some additional fields on your form for the purposes of offering help information and hide the fields in the General properties. For the field actions, use the On Blur and On Focus mopuse behaviors and select Show/Hide fields as your actions. When the user tabs to a field, another field informing a user what to do is made visible. When the user tabs out of the field, the help field is hidden.
