Hi & New to Adobe Forms...we email partially filled forms to our clients, which they complete, print & mail in originals. There are many pages, many fields. What's the best way to update the forms, without losing the fields that aren't changing? Thanks!

To update the page contents without disturbing any existing form fields, other annotations, document JavaScripts, etc, simply create a new PDF from your source document that contains the updated content, open a *copy* of your existing PDF form, and replace the pages via "Document > Replace Pages".George

Thanks so much! That makes sense. Also, is there an easy way to manage how users will tab through our document -- i.e. is there a list of the fields we create that we can manipulate? Thanks again.

Yes, you have control of the tab order on a page by page basis. If you're using Acrobat 9, go to field editing and open the Fields pane, and you should see where you set the tab order. In the Tab Order drop down, select "Order Tabs Manually" as well as "Show Tab Numbers", and arrange the fields in the list in the desired order. I preferred the previous method, but at least they didn't take it away altogether as they did once before!
