I have Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard. How do I make a fillable PDF with this version. I can't find the Form Tool that you use in previous versions?

The Form Tool option is only available in Acrobat Pro. You can upgrade to Pro.

When you do, click Tools, Forms, Show Form Toolbar.
