Hello, I've just completed a form in Acrobat 8 that was originally created in Indesign. All field calculations were done on all the list items, etc., etc..(and there are many). At the top is all the Customer information and required fields.

Now the customer wants to add new fields at the top that will require me to go back into Indesign to edit since I need to modify the layout in order to fit the new information. All the product line items will remain the same and associated calculations.

My questions is, is there a way I can modify the indesign file and bring into Acrobat without losing all the work I've done with the line item calculations?

Your help is appreciated.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.0, Macintosh

Yes, just create the new PDF, open the PDF that contains your form fields, and replace the pages of the old with pages from the new. The menu item for this is "Document > Replace Pages" (in Acrobat 7 at least.) This operation will replace the underlying page contents with the new contents and leave any annotations (links, form fields, comments, etc.) intact.George
