Greetings! A coworker has encountered a challenge when editing a form she created in Designer. The form itself is a single, self contained page. However, any time she cuts/copies any form field(s) and pastes them back into the same page, a new blank, empty page is created before the form page. This also occurs if I select and drag any fields to a new location on the form. We obviously don't want this to happen, but after trying to prevent it, I only discovered that it happens consistently. :-) Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Many other applications won't let you copy and paste or add elements if there isn't sufficient room in the layout. Designer will, and to handle the additional element it creates a blank page in front of your primary design.
The answer is to shrink the main text frame so all the elements will fit. Try resizing the frame on both the Master Page and Design (or Body) Page.
