All forms have a file extension of .pdf, whether the form was produced by Acrobat or Designer. However, there are quite a few .pdf formats available in the LiveCycle Save menu: Acrobat 8 (Static) PDF Form (.pdf), Acrobat 8 (Dynamic) XML Form (.pdf), Acrobat 7 (Static) PDF Form (.pdf), Acrobat 7 (Dynamic) XML Form (.pdf), Acrobat 6 (Static) PDF Form (.pdf)
In order to make the most of your form, I would recommend researching the best format outlined above in the LiveCycle Help documentation.
Hope this helps, Lori
