I have a 2 page form created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0, and I need to have the second page spawn. Is this possible to do in LiveCycle? How would one do it? Or, is it done only in Adobe Acrobat and if the file was created in Adobe LiveCycle, can spawning be created in Adobe Acrobat?

"Spawning" a page is a method of the 'template' object in Acrobat, LiveCycle Designer does not support this object. Instead you create a hidden master page and then use that page for adding new pages.
