Attach file (e.g. Excel) to PDF using Reader w/ user rights enabled

I created a form in LiveCyle 8. I have enabled the User Rights from Acrobat Pro 8.

Is it possible for me to create a button (or something) in LiveCyle for use in Reader so end user can attach a file (Word doc, Exel, etc.) as a comment or attachment or some other means and then save the PDF. I did create an image field to add images but this only works for tif, gif, and jpg.

End user is creating a package made up of four PDF pages, images, and then needs to attach some native documents. They don't have Acrobat 8 to create the PDFs.

LiveCycle Designer forms do not support comments in any form.

Hi Rondi,

Attaching files is not a feature of Adobe Reader, regardless of usage rights applied.

Hope that helps,

But, I can add an "Image Field" and then the Adobe Reader user could then add .tif, jpg, or .gif images, so this might be a solution for me.
