Hi, I'm sure you have been asked this many times but I have searched and can't find what I'm doing wrong. I am very new to LiveCycle forms and I have designed and distributed a very simple interactive form which is to be emailed. It has just one group of 2 radio buttons one of which can be selected. I can send and receive the form back but the buttons are blank, which means that it is useless for it's purpose. I'm not very clued up in all things technical but I would really appreciate any help.

Did you put the form through the "Form Distribution Wizard?". Can you post it somewhere it can be downloaded, such as www.acrobat.com?

Thank you for replying, yes I did go through the distribution wizard. I chose the option to save the distributed form to later attach to email and send. It sends OK and can be filled in, but when it is submitted it comes back to me with the buttons blank. I'm afraid I don't have anywhere to post it to. I run a small charity and the form is just to circulate for the election of a new committee member.

Ok, when you emailed the form, did you email the original form you created or the "_dist" form created by the distribution wizard?

Hi Thom,it was the distributed form I sent. The buttons seem to work OK, one can be selected but there is nothing there when I get it back.

Is the form being filled out on the same version of Acrobat/Reader on which it was created? There have been several similar problems reported in the past with forms enabled for one version of Acrobat and used on another.

Without seeing the actual form I've hit the end of the road. I would suggest creating another test form, with a text field. Give that one a try and see if it has the same issue. Also, take a look at www.acrobat.com. You can set up a free account that will allow you to post the form for download.

I'm not sure which version it's being filled out in, but I will try the text field suggestion. I will also have a look at the website. Thank you very much for your help.
