Can anyone recommend good books for a begginer learning formcalc, javascript and xml?

I've found _Creating Dynamic Forms with Adobe® LiveCycle® Designer_ to be helpful. (If you have access to Safari Books Online, you can read it there. Some public libraries subscribe to it.) Also, if you just want general knowledge about JavaScript and XML, check out the free tutorials at www.w3schools.com. Topics appear on the left nav bar.
