Can't print a completed form

Hi, I am new to creating PDF forms with fields. We have one that has multiple lines for some of the fields. The fields are smaller and only show the first line of information; the field has the little plus sign showing there is more information. When we try to print the form all the information is not being printed - only the first line that shows in the field. I hope I am explaining this clearly and that someone can help me figure out how to get these forms to print and show all the information in each field. Thank you!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1, Windows

Hi NeDragonlady,

Was your form created in Acrobat 9 (aka AcroForm) or in LiveCycle Designer (aka XFA Form)? If it is an AcroForm then there is nothing you can do except make the text field large enough on the page to hold the expected amount of text- what you see on screen is what you get in print. If it is an XFA form then you can set the field to Flow and you will see all the text in the field as the field itself will grow to fit the amount entered.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri

I am using LiveCycle Designer. I have looked but can't find a place to set the field to Flow. Where is it located? Thanks!
