Hello, my name is Marco Prezioso, webmaster at Chamber of Commerce in Bergamo (Italy). I've written a form module with Microsoft Office Word 2003 (SP3) to produce a pdf form compilable and accessible. But when I try to open it with Livecycle (Acrobat 8.0 > Designer 8.0) appears an error:

"conversion error: -1073741819" and it immediately closed the application.

How I can resolve this problem?

I've update Acrobat 8.0 Professional to 8.1.2 version.

Thank you very much.

maybe you could create the pdf from a postscript printer file:

install an apple laserwriter II ntx v51.8 printer from windows disk.
print the document in Word using 'print to file' option in print dialogue.
rename the file to .ps extension
use distiller to create a pdf from the .ps file.
