Creating an email subject based on field data

Hi,

I'm new to LiveCycle and I am really perplexed by this. I have created a fillable pdf form with a general submit button with my Submit to URL as:

mailto:someone [at] someplace [dot] com?subject=New Conflict Check
&body=New conflict check for review.

However, I really need the Subject for the email (which will attach the form as a pdf) to be populated by data that is entered in one of the fields in the form (the Case Name).

Can anyone help me with this?
