Creating Required Fields Before Form Printability

Hello All!

I would like to create some required fields.

These fields, if left unfilled or unanswered, should prevent the user from printing out or saving the form.

If the user attempts to print or save, an error message should appear informing the user of the required field.

Any suggestions on how this can be done?
