Disable saving of PDF form

I have a survey form created in LiveCycle Designer 8. It has a Submit by Email button that was set to send the form as PDF. The Submit by Email button is actually a regular button configured as a Submit button.

I have Enabled User Rights so users can send the form as PDF. With user rights enabled, the form can also be saved. But I do not want those who will fill the form to save the PDF form. Just send it by email.

Is there a way to disable saving of the form? We have Adobe Reader 7 and 8.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Not if you want users to send you the entire PDF. If you drop saving rights and only have the users submit data, then at least Reader users cannot save.
