Distribution via acrobat.com

Hi there. We have created our first form and are distributing via acrobat.com.

I've sent out the link to all the powers that be to beta test before we go live. My problem is that when they click on the link, they are asked for a username and login. I set the form to open access but when the bosses click on the link they are prompted for username and password.

When my other tester opens the form and tries to submit, it prompts him to email the form back, except the form is hosted on acrobat.com and I thought it didn't need to be submitted by email if it was hosted?

Help?

Here is a link to our form https://share.acrobat.com/adc/document.do?docid=7abda79b-6cb4-4459-bb6e-342ace41f257

Thanks

What detail is listed in the Form Tracker under Server Status about this particular form?
I didn't experience any difficulties submitting the test form. I wasn't prompted to login either.
What version of Acrobat and/or Reader are your recipients using?
