This button comes for free when you run the form through the "Distribution" wizard. Why do you want to remove it?
You have a couple of options. First, don't put the form through the "Distribution" wizard. Otherwise, the wizard places a number of meta data fields and some hidden info on the form. You can in fact modify this data to removed the submit button, but I'm not sure which field, probably the one that refers to the submit button on the form.
