Can Adobe create a form that the user basically crates dynamically.
example when user open a form of 6 selections they select 4
Click a button called Generate form and it only has the 4 sections on the form not all 6 sections.

This way I don't have multiple pages when user only wants access to a small number of systems
and not a large number. Form will show only what is requested.

The answer is yes by using subforms that are either visible or hidden. I use this technique with check boxes controlling visibility. So if the user wants parts one and two, the corresponding boxes are checked.
I don't your familiarity with LCD, so if you would like, email me and I can send you a form to dissect.
