Try selecting the first radio button on the "Manage Internet Access" menu "Let me specify a list of allowed and blocked web sites" to see if it changes the settings for you.

If the PDF you are trying to change the settings for was created in LiveCycle Designer, then that PDF is really an XML document with a minimal PDF wrapper for displaying the XML code in Acrobat/Reader, but not a full featured PDF.

The "Manage Internet Access" menu is what comes up if you select Edit --> Preferences --> Trust Manager >> Change Settings. Just look at the title of the dialog menu.

This may have occurred because you have multiple versions of Acrobat/Reader on your system. Try running the Repair Acrobat Installation under the Help menu to see if it corrects the problem.

Just curious -- did you install Reader before or after installing Acrobat?

Hi Lori

I run the Repair Acrobat Installation under the Help menu but this not corrects the problem.

Befor I installed Acrobat 8, on the computer was earlier version of reader.

in "Edit" menu -> "Preferences..." -> "Trust Manager" -> "Change Settings"I think maybe to uninstall all the procucts of adobe and reinstall again.
maybe in the registry need to clean things
before doing this I wait baybe you have an idea

thank you for reply
