I have Acrobat 8 Professional and LiveCycle Designer. I am in charge of making multiple forms for the company. There are many forms that a manager needs to fill out and I want them to be able to click the email button and email it to the necessary departments. However, it emails as an .xml, not as a .pdf.
 
I have read just about all I could find in the help section of LiveCycle. Can someone tell me how to create this button so it sends it as a pdf?

Take your Designer files and open them in Acrobat. Select Advanced > Enable Usage Rights for Adobe Reader to enable the files. Once enabled, the entire PDF document can be returned to your departments.ted
