Email complete form

Hi:
 
I created a PDF form using Designer. I want the person who completes the form using either Pro or Reader to be able to email the form WITH the data.
 
So far, I can only see how to submit the data only via email.

You need to use Acrobat 8 Professional or Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions Server to enable the ability for Reader users to Save/Email the form.
