Email won't transmit

I have some forms designed in LiveCycle Designer 7 that have stopped working. When the user presses the "Submit" button, the dialog box appears, and after selecting the first option, to send the xml data by their default email program, it opens up the email with the fields filled out correctly. But, when they press "Send" nothing happens. This is now happening with me as well, although the forms have not been changed recently and used to work fine.

Any ideas what the problem may be? And/or any suggestions for a fool-proof way to send the data?

Thanks.

Chris

Sounds more to be more a problem of the mail program.
Do you have the same problem on your local system or only the other users?

Have there been updates of the mail program before the problem occurs?
MAPI-settings can cause problems with mailing PDF/XML-forms.

I and three different users on different machines, using different email programs, are all having the same problem.

Aha, and what exactly happens there?

You said, the mail program is opened as expected with a attached xml-file, right‽
Then you click the send button...what's next?
Is the e-mail still present, like you had not pressed the send button until now?
Or, has the mail obviously been send?

The email is still there - nothing happens. Just as though the button hadn't been pressed.
