How do I set up the email button if the sender does not use email such as Outlook but uses gmail.com or yahoo.com. I am using 8.0 Pro

That's a problem. Acrobat Uses the Windows MAPI service so that it's email client independant. When you install an email client it's hooked into MAPI. If you don't install an email client then Acrobat has nothing to talk to. You must install one, or submit to a web site.
